1. Grounds for data collection
1.1. Processing of your Personal Information (meaning any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means) is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our Services and the operation of our Website (capitalized terms used herein and not specifically defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms available at: https://pcappstore.com/?p=lp_tos and incorporated hereto by reference), to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations to which we are subject.
1.2. By using our Service or Website, you consent to the provisions of this Privacy Policy including the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information that you submit or that is processed or collected through or in connection with your use of the Services or Website, in the manner and for the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.
1.3. Importantly, you are not legally required to provide us with your Personal Information. If you choose to withhold any Personal Information required in respect of the use of the Services or Website, it may not be possible for you to use the Services or Website. 2. How do we receive data about you?
We receive and collect your Personal Information from various sources:
2.1. Registration data. When you voluntarily provide us your personal details in order to create an account on the Website or register to our Services (for example, your name and email address);
2.2. When you communicate with us. For example, when you send us an email, we collect the Personal Information you provided us with and retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Website and Services.
2.3. Technical data. When operating our Services, we use various technological tracking tools to collect data regarding your use of the Services and Website. Along with our partners, we may use tracking technologies such as cookies, JavaScript, beacons, pixels and Local Storage, which are used to store content data and preferences in order to manage and maintain the Services and record your use of the Services and the Software. 2.4. Third party data. We also collect information about you from third party sources such as: suppliers that help us prevent money laundering and fraud; marketing agencies; identity verification services; and analytics providers. The categories of information that we collect about you from other sources are: (i) where permissible under applicable law, personal details (e.g., name, date of birth); (ii) contact details (e.g., phone number, email address, postal address or mobile number); and (iii) employer name.
3. What type of data we collect?
3.1. Personal Information. In the course of using the Services or Software, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personal Information to provide you with and improve the Services, to contact or identify you, to enable you to access certain parts of the Website, and as otherwise indicated in this Policy. We collect the following Personal Information about you: (i) Registration data: your name, address, your email address, your age range and payment details; (ii) When using our Services: our webserver will collect your IP address and machine GUID; (iii) Information from third parties: in order to provide our Services, we may receive Personal Information from our business partners, this may include Personal Information such as your contact details (name, phone, email) as well as details pertaining to your company, your job, your activities and publications; and (iv) Data provided voluntarily by you: in order to improve our services and develop additional tools and services, you may provide us additional information such as personal contact information, prompts to our search features, open language feedback (written or otherwise).
3.2. Non- Personal Information. We also collect data about the use of our Services and the characteristics and activities of users, in order to operate it and improve it. We may collect the following non-personal Information: (i) Technical data: this category includes data such as website visits, the browser you are using and its display settings, your operating system, device type, session start/stop time, time zone, network connection type (e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular), cookie data and your general location (city and country). This technical collection includes metadata related to your computer specifications and configurations, as well as software preferences and performance metrics, analyzed for the purpose of improving the Services and optimizing product delivery; (ii) Data from third parties: this category includes data we receive from our business partners. This may include pseudonymous advertiser identifiers that some advertisers or other third-party ad platforms choose to share with us. This data is also used to enhance data points about a particular unique browser or device; and (iii) Organizational Data (If applicable): If you access or use the Services on behalf of an organization (such as a company or entity, as described in the Terms), we may collect and process additional Personal Information necessary to establish and maintain that organizational relationship. This may include details pertaining to your company, your job title, and your activities as an organizational representative.
3.3. If we combine Personal Information with non- Personal Information, the combined data will be treated as Personal Information. Further Personal Information will only be stored and processed if you voluntarily provide it to us, e.g. through a contact form, messaging our support or via a web or dedicated interface.
4. Tracking Technologies
4.1. When you visit or access our Services we use (and authorize 3rd parties to use) pixels, cookies, events and other technologies. Those allow us to automatically collect data about you, your device and your online behavior, in order to enhance your navigation in our Services, improve our Website’s performance, perform analytics and customize your experience on it.
4.2. We also use a tool called Google Analytics to collect data about your use of the Services and Google Ads for our advertising. Google Analytics collects data such as how often Users access the Services, what pages they visit when they do so, etc. We use the data we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Services. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit, rather than your name or other identifying data. We do not combine the data collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable data. Googles ability to use and share data collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our Services is restricted by the Google Analytics terms and the privacy policy. We also use Sentry software for application monitoring and their terms and privacy policy may apply in certain instances, as well as a digital experience analytics for optimization of our Services under their terms and privacy policy.
4.3. Managing your cookie settings and opting out of 3rd party cookies. There are various ways in which you can manage and control your cookie settings. Please remember that, by deleting or blocking cookies, some of the features of the Services may not work properly or as effectively.
4.4. Turning off cookies via your web browser. Most web browsers will provide you with some general data about cookies, enable you to see what cookies are stored on your device, allow you to delete them all or on an individual basis, and enable you to block or allow cookies for all websites or individually selected websites. You can also normally turn off third party cookies separately. Please note that the settings offered by a browser or device often only apply to that particular browser or device. 5. How do we use the data we collect?
5.1. Provision of service. For the provision and improvement of our Services, including for support and to respond to your queries.
5.2. Service announcements. We will use your Personal Information to communicate with you and to keep you informed of our latest updates to our Services and offer you service offers.
5.3. Marketing and advertising purposes. We may use your Personal Information in the following ways: we may send you promotional material concerning our Services, or our partners’ services, which we believe might interest you; we may also display certain adverts on our Website or Software, which we believe will be relevant for you. We make our best efforts to make sure you see only relevant ads and receive relevant communications from us, including but not limited to, by building an automated profile based on your Personal Information. You may also object to the use of your Personal Information for advertising purposes by disabling your cookies, as described in the tracking technologies section above or change your system settings.
5.4. Opt-out of receiving marketing materials. If you do not want us to use or share your Personal Information for marketing purposes, you may opt-out in accordance with this “Opt-out” section. Please note that even if you opt-out, we may still use and share your Personal Information with third parties for non-marketing purposes (for example to fulfill your requests, communicate with you and respond to your inquiries, etc.). In such cases, the companies with whom we share your Personal Information are authorized to use your Personal Information only as necessary to provide these nonmarketing services.
5.5. Analytics, surveys and research. From time to time, we may conduct surveys or test features, and analyze the data we have to develop, evaluate and improve these features, all in order to improve our Services and think of new and exciting features for our users.
5.6. Protecting our interests. We may use your Personal Information when we believe its necessary in order to take precautions against liabilities, investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, investigate and protect ourselves from fraud, protect the security or integrity of our services and protect the rights and property of Fast Corporation, its users and/or partners. This includes using Personal Information to enforce Intellectual Property Rights claims and when necessary to seek injunctive relief in courts of competent jurisdiction worldwide.
5.7. Enforcing of policies. We may use your Personal Information in order to enforce our policies, including but not limited to, our Terms.
5.8. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. We may use your Personal Information to investigate violations, and as required by law, regulation or other governmental authority, or to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
5.9. Analytical tools and services. We may use anonymized data to extract, aggregated, non-identifiable, high-level statistics for the purpose of providing the Services and sharing with third parties. We may use un-identifiable Personal Information provided voluntarily by the user for the purpose of providing the Services and redistributing to third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, any information shared with third parties will be completely anonymized and non-identifiable.
5.10. Develop additional products, features, services or modify the same. We may use information you provide us, including without limitation, your Personal Information in order develop additional products, features, services or to modify our existing offerings.
6. With whom do we share your Personal Information
6.1. Internal concerned parties. We share your data with companies in our group, as well as our employees, in order to provide you with our Services.
6.2. Business partners. We share your data with business partners, such as storage and analytics providers who help us provide you with our Service. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information so that they may perform these tasks on our behalf, but they are obligated to comply with this Privacy Policy and may not use your Personal Information for any other purpose. In compliance with GDPR and CCPA/CPRA requirements, we enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) or equivalent contractual frameworks with all such processors and service providers, ensuring they maintain appropriate security measures and only process Personal Information according to our documented instructions.
6.3. Compliance with laws and law enforcement entities. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any data about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect our or a third party’s property and rights, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable. We also may be required to disclose an individual’s Personal Information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including meeting national security or law enforcement requirements.
6.4. Merger and acquisitions. We may share your data if we enter into a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our assets. Any party that acquires our assets as part of such a transaction may continue to use your data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
7. EEA Users
7.1. We are providing information relating to rights of residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) if you use our Website and/or Services in the EEA. A “resident” of the EEA is an individual who is physically present in the EEA. This section does not apply to EEA citizens who are residing outside of the EEA (for example, a French citizen who resides in the United States). The EEA consists of the member states of the European Union, i.e., Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, and Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. This section also applies to residents of Switzerland and residents of the United Kingdom. Residents of the EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom are referred to herein as “EEA Residents.”
7.2. From May 25, 2018, all processing of Personal Information of EEA Residents is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of Personal Information and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”).
7.3. Under the GDPR, we are both a controller and a processor of the Personal Information of EEA Residents. Our purpose for collecting and processing Personal Information from EEA Residents is to allow users to subscribe to and log in to our Website and Services and to provide our Services to our customers. Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Representative If mandated by GDPR or UK GDPR, we have appointed a DPO to oversee compliance with this Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws. You can contact our DPO via the contact details provided herein. Our legal basis for collecting Personal Information will be one of the following:
- to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, for example, to provide the Services or to ensure that invoices are paid correctly;
- to comply with our legal and/or regulatory obligations, for example obtaining proof of your identity to enable us to meet our anti-money laundering obligations;
- to meet our legitimate interests, for example, to: understand how you use the Services and to enable us to use this knowledge to improve our Software and the Services and to develop new ones; to communicate with you about the products and services that you use or we offer; maintain our accounts and records; to assess patterns of use; and to plan and evaluate our marketing and business development programs. When we process Personal Information to meet our legitimate interests, we put in place, when needed, safeguards designed to protect your privacy interests, freedoms, and rights under applicable laws.
- We may obtain your consent to collect and use certain types of Personal Information when we are required to do so by law (for example, in relation to some direct marketing activities, our use of cookies and tracking technologies or when we process sensitive personal information). If we ask for your consent to process your Personal Information, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details herein.
- We may anonymize your Personal Information and use it for other purposes. For example, we may prepare aggregated reports about how users interact with the Software and Services for research.
7.4. Under GDPR, your rights in relation to privacy and data protection are as follows:
- Right of Access and Rectification. You have the right to know what Personal Information we collect about you and to ensure that such data is accurate and relevant for the purposes for which we collected it. We allow our users the option to access and obtain a copy of their Personal Information and to rectify such Personal Information if it is not accurate, complete, or updated. However, we may first ask you to provide us certain credentials to permit us to identify your Personal Information.
- Right to Delete Personal Information or Restrict Processing. You have the right to delete your Personal Information or restrict its processing. We may postpone or deny your request if your Personal Information is in current use for the purposes for which it was collected or for other legitimate purposes such as compliance with legal obligations.
- Right to Withdraw Consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Information. Exercising this right will not affect the lawfulness of processing your Personal Information based on your consent before its withdrawal.
- Right of Data Portability. Where technically feasible, you have the right to ask to transfer your Personal Information in accordance with your right to data portability.
- Right to Lodge Complaint. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your Personal Information.
- International Data Transfers. If you are located in the EU, you have a right to request further information regarding the data transfer mechanisms used by us with respect to data transfers to third countries. In order to keep your Personal Information safe, we apply strict safeguards when transferring it outside of the EEA, which may include the following: (i) Transferring your personal information to countries approved by the European Commission (EC) as having adequate data protection laws; and/or (ii) Entering into standard contracts that have been approved by the EC and which provide an adequate level of high-quality protection, with the recipients of your Personal Information.
- Supplemental Measures for Transfers. When relying on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfer, we implement supplementary technical and organizational measures to ensure that the transferred data is afforded a level of protection essentially equivalent to that guaranteed under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

8. How we protect your data
8.1. We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your Personal Information. Your data is stored on secure servers, the details of which and respective terms are set forth below under the section titled ‘Third Parties’ and isn’t publicly available. We limit access of your data only to those employees or partners on a need to know basis, in order to enable the carrying out of the agreement between us.
8.2. While we seek to protect your data to ensure that it is kept confidential, we cannot absolutely guarantee its security. You need to help us prevent unauthorized access to your account by limiting access to your account. You will be solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all use of your passwords, payment details and your account, including any unauthorized use. You should also be aware that there is always some risk involved in transmitting data over the internet.
9. Retention
9.1. We will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the provision of our Services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. We determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Information based on the following criteria: (i) The nature and sensitivity of the Personal Information; (ii) The potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; (iii) The purposes for which we process the data and whether those purposes can be achieved through other means; and (iv) Applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.
9.2. For instance: Account records related to financial transactions may generally be kept for seven (7) years to comply with certain financial regulations; Registration Data is kept as long as your account remains active; and data collected based on consent (e.g., marketing preferences) is retained until consent is withdrawn. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client Personal Information, account opening details, communications, security logs and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.
10. Security
10.1. We have put in place certain safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access and maintain data security with respect to your Personal Information. Despite these protections, however, we cannot guarantee that your data will be 100% secure. You should take measures to protect your Personal Information. Your online access to your Personal Information may be protected with a password you select. We will never ask you for your password in any unsolicited communication (such as letters, phone calls or email messages). You have an obligation to keep your credentials, password and personal information secure. As part of maintaining this obligation we recommend you do the following: (i) Keep your user ID and password confidential; (ii) Utilize a unique password and change it frequently; (iii) Make sure others are not watching you enter your credentials and/or password on your keyboard when using protected elements of the Services; and (iii) Do not leave your computer unattended while logged onto protected elements of the Services, after you finished accessing your information, exit the protected area.
10.2. Security Review and Vulnerability Disclosure. Any individual or entity engaging in security review of the Software or the Services is subject to and must fully comply with the Security Review Terms attached as Annex A to our Terms. We process data related to security findings in accordance with these Terms, which mandate strict confidentiality and adherence to a minimum 90-day Remediation Period for any reported security issues.
11. Your California Privacy Rights
This following section of our Privacy Policy is only for individuals who live in California (“California Consumers”).
11.1. California consumers may make requests under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 to a business to provide detailed information regarding how that business has shared that customer’s Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. This section of the code does not apply to us because we do not share your information with third parties for traditional direct marketing purposes. However, please refer to the “Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing” section below regarding the sharing of data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
11.2. Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), which came into effect on January 1, 2020 (California Civil Code Section 1798.100 et seq.). The CCPA/CPRA provides California consumers who are resident in the state (regardless of citizenship) with additional rights regarding Personal Information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly with them. Under the CCPA/CPRA, qualifying California consumers may have the following rights:
- Right to Know and Right to Delete. If you are a California consumer, you will have the right to request that we disclose what Personal Information we collect and process about you. You also have the right to submit requests to delete certain Personal Information. When we receive a request to know or delete from a California consumer, we will confirm receipt of the request within 10 days and provide you with information about how we will process the request, including process for making sure that you are the individual who is making the request. We will respond to such requests within 45 days.
- Right for Disclosure of Information. If you are a California consumer, you may also submit requests that we disclose specific types or categories of Personal Information that we collect about you. Under certain circumstances, we are not required to provide you with this information, including where the disclosure of the information would create a substantial, articulable and unreasonable risk to the security of that Personal Information, customers’ account with us, or the security of our systems or networks. If you are a California consumer, we will also not disclose your social security number, driver’s license numbers or other government-issued identification numbers, financial account numbers, any health insurance or medical identification numbers, or account passwords and security questions and answers, if any of such Personal Information was collected by us.
- Right to Correction. You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate Personal Information about you, taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and the purposes of the processing.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You have the right to direct us to limit the use of your Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) to that use which is necessary to perform the Services or as otherwise permitted by CPRA regulations. We collect SPI, such as payment details and you may exercise this right regarding these categories of data.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing. California consumers have the right to direct us not to sell or share their Personal Information. Under the CPRA, ‘sharing’ includes disclosing or making available Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising (CCBA), which may occur when we use third-party advertising partners or tracking technologies for targeted advertising purposes. If you wish to exercise your right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information, please contact us via the details provided herein.
- Verifying Requests. If we receive any request from you we will use a two-step process for online requests where the California consumer must first, clearly submit the request and then second, separately confirm the request. We will use other appropriate measures to verify requests received by mail or telephone. If you are a California consumer submitting a request, you must provide sufficient information to identify yourself, such as name, e-mail address, home or work address, or other such information that is on record with us so that we can match such information to the Personal Information that we maintain. Do not provide social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, medical information or health information with requests. If your request is unclear or submitted through means other than described herein, we will give you specific directions on how to submit the request or remedy any deficiencies. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny the request.
- California Do Not Track Disclosures. Although some browsers currently offer a ‘do not track (‘DNT’) option’, no common industry standard for DNT exists. We therefore do not currently commit to responding to browsers’ DNT signals. However, we recognize and will process opt-out requests made via verifiable universal opt-out mechanisms, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to exercise the Right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information.
12. Third Party Services
12.1. We may use Stripe, Isracard, Ethoca, and Gpay (“Payment Providers”), to receive payments from you and enable you to pay on our Software and Services to us and to third party suppliers for products and services you choose to purchase. Any such actions will be performed only with your explicit request by selecting the respective payment methods in our Software or Services with respect to the applicable product or service. By using the Services, you grant Fast Corporation and the relevant Payment Provider the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information on from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by the relevant Payment Provider in accordance with their respective terms of use and privacy policies.
12.2. We may use certain cloud computing and storage providers to store our data and yours, including Personal Information such as Amazon, the terms of which are listed here and the privacy policy is available here.
13. Advertising
Our Services may use different advertising providers from time to time for the purposes of placing advertising on the Services, and such providers will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. To learn more about such data usage see Google Ads’ terms.
14. Consent to Processing
14.1. By providing any Personal Information to us pursuant to this Privacy Policy, all users of the Website and/or Services, including, without limitation, users in the United States, Israel and member states of the European Union, fully understand and unambiguously consent to this Privacy Policy and to the collection, usage, and/or processing of such Personal Information abroad. Where processing relies on consent as the legal basis (such as for direct marketing activities or non-essential data collection, specifically for EEA/UK residents), we will ensure such consent is obtained through clear, affirmative action as required by GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
14.2. The server on which the Services are hosted and/or through which the Services are processed may be outside the country from which you access the Services and may be outside your country of residence. Some of the uses and disclosures mentioned in this Privacy Policy may involve the transfer of your Personal Information to various countries around the world that may have different levels of privacy protection than your country and may be transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). By submitting your Personal Information through Services, Website or Software you consent, acknowledge, and agree that we may collect, use, transfer, and disclose your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
